The Designer Series Griddle is a countertop gas griddle with a cooking surface of 36" W x 18" D. It features a 1/2" thick polished steel griddle with a 2-5/8" welded splash guard on the sides and rear of the plate. The griddle has thermostatic controls and piezo spark ignition. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, and it has a convenient internal grease drawer with a magnetic door. The griddle stands on 4" adjustable legs and has a BTU rating of 60,000. It is CSA and NSF certified. The griddle has an easy clean design and piezo spark ignition. It can be used with natural or propane gas and comes with 4" sanitary legs. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, and the cooking surface is 18" deep. The griddle is available with Hi-Lo Valve control, with models having the suffix G. The BTU input options are 20,000, 40,000, or 60,000. The griddle has a rear gas connection with a pressure regulator. Models with thermostat control have the suffix GTH.
