The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features eight open burners, each with a BTU rating of 33,000. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates. The range also includes a 12" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate.

The range has two standard ovens with three position rack guides and an oven rack. The front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf are all made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.

The total BTU rating of the range is 358,000. It is CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF certified. The range also includes a gas regulator and large easy-to-use control knobs.

Standard features of the range include a stainless steel front and sides, large 27" work top surface, stamped drip trays, stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf, and a 5" plate rail.

Additional features include an open storage base in lieu of an oven, a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, and a cast iron "H" style oven burner.

The range also includes a snap action modulating oven thermostat, a nickel plated oven rack, and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. The griddle burner has a BTU rating of 18,000 per 12" width of the griddle.

The range has a large porcelain oven interior that can fit standard sheet pans in both directions. The griddle plate is 5/8" thick and has a manual hi/lo valve control. The range also offers the option of a convection oven with nickel plated oven racks and removable rack guides.

Optional features include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots, a 240V convection oven motor, a snap action modulating griddle control, 6" leveling swivel casters, a low profile backguard, and a hot top plate in lieu of two open burners.

The range is 59-1/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It has a stainless steel front, sides, and a 5" wide front rail. The legs are 6" with adjustable feet.
