The FWE MT-1220-15 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is a versatile and convenient option for controlling temperature and humidity in food storage. It features removable fixed racks that can hold 12"x20" pans with 2-??" spacing.
The holding temperature can be easily adjusted between 90°F and 190°F with a dial that has 10-degree increments. The humidity is controlled by another dial that ranges from moist to crisp. Both controls are located at eye-level for easy monitoring and are recessed to keep them out of the way. The temperature and humidity can be controlled separately thanks to separate Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements.
To maintain moisture, the cabinet has an easy-to-remove stainless steel reservoir measuring 12"x20". A powerful fan-cooled Hi-Temp self-lubricated blower motor ensures that warm, moist air is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet.
The door of the cabinet is easy to open with a magnetic workflow handle and has a low profile. It also features a cabinet-mounted door gasket to protect it from handling damage and maintain a secure seal.
The exterior of the cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel, which is polished for easy cleaning. The interior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is fully insulated with high-density UG-26 fiberglass insulation to maintain temperature with minimal power consumption. It also has 5" maintenance-free polyurethane casters for easy mobility.
This holding cabinet is UL listed, UL EPH classified, IPX4 certified, and CE certified to meet strict standards.
