The UHST-10 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is a reliable and essential piece of equipment for businesses that need to make and serve large batches of food. It offers superior holding capabilities and high portability. The cabinet features universal tray slides that can accept either 12"x20" or 18"x26" pans, providing storage flexibility. The maximum spacing possible is 4-½" and can be adjusted in 1-½" increments.
The temperature inside the cabinet is easy to adjust between 90°F and 190°F and can be monitored at a glance with a digital temperature display. A forced air blower system circulates warm air evenly inside the cabinet. The blower motor includes Hi-Temp, self-lubrication, fan-cooling, and impedance protection for long service life.
The cabinet is equipped with a positive closing full grip latch for easy access to the interior and secure closure. The insulated stainless steel door locks the heat in with a cabinet-mounted door gasket.
Durability is ensured with the tough 20 gauge stainless steel exterior, which is easy to clean with a polished finish. The interior is made from 22 gauge stainless steel and features coved corners for convenience. Rolling the cabinet into place is simple with 5" polyurethane casters that are maintenance-free. A 1-½" continuous wraparound aluminum channel with a snap-n vinyl cushion provides additional protection.
The holding cabinet is IPX4 and CE certified for splash resistance and quality assurance. It is also UL listed and UL EPH classified for safety and sanitation.
