In order to maintain the flavor and texture of certain dishes, it is crucial to store them at the correct temperature and humidity. The MTU-10 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE allows users to easily set and control these parameters, ensuring that food can be held for extended periods without compromising its taste and texture. This cabinet is equipped with universal tray slides that can hold 18"x26" or 12"x20" pans, with a maximum spacing of 4-½" that can be adjusted at 1-½" increments. The temperature and humidity are electronically controlled using two dials. The thermostat dial allows for temperature settings between 90°F and 190°F in 10-degree increments, while the moisture dial ranges from moist to crisp. The controls are conveniently located at eye-level and have a recessed design to stay out of the way. Each cavity of the cabinet features two separate Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements for precise temperature and humidity control. The air is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet by a high-temperature fan-cooled blower motor. To add moisture, there is a removable 12"x20" stainless steel water reservoir that is easy to clean. The door of the cabinet is designed for ease of use with a magnetic workflow handle. It is made of stainless steel and is insulated to prevent heat loss. The cabinet-mounted gasket ensures an airtight seal. The exterior of the cabinet is constructed with 20-gauge stainless steel, making it durable and suitable for demanding foodservice environments. The polished finish is easy to clean and maintain. The interior is made of 22-gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation to keep the interior warm without excessive power consumption. For mobility, the cabinet is equipped with 5" heavy-duty polyurethane casters. This holding cabinet is listed by UL and classified by UL EPH for safety and sanitation.
