The FWE MTU-7 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is the perfect choice for operators who require a holding cabinet with temperature and humidity controls. It features universal tray slides that can accommodate 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans, with a maximum spacing of 4-½" that can be adjusted in 1-½" increments. The controls of this cabinet are conveniently located at eye-level and recessed, allowing users to easily check the holding temperature at a glance. The thermostat controls are graduated at 10-degree intervals and can be set from 90°F to 190°F. The humidity can be adjusted by turning the dial from moist to crisp. To distribute heat and moisture evenly, the cabinet is equipped with a self-lubricated Hi-Temp blower motor that is fan-cooled. The temperature and humidity are adjusted separately by two Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements, while a removable stainless steel reservoir holds water to regulate humidity. The door of the cabinet is designed for easy access while staying out of the way, with a magnetic workflow door handle. It is insulated to prevent heat from escaping and features a cabinet mounted door gasket. To ensure durability and suitability for commercial use, the exterior of the cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel with a polished finish for easy cleaning. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is insulated with high-density UG-26 fiberglass insulation in the sides, top, and bottom to maintain temperature with minimal power consumption. It is also equipped with 5" polyurethane casters for easy mobility. This holding cabinet is certified with IPX4 and CE certifications, and it is listed by UL and classified by UL EPH, ensuring the highest safety and sanitation standards.
