The cabinet features removable fixed racks with 2-inch spacing, allowing for easy storage of GN containers and 12x20-inch pans. Users can easily set the temperature inside the cabinet between 90°F and 190°F and monitor the actual temperature with the high-visibility digital display. The heating element is made from Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy, ensuring reliable radiant heating. The cabinet is equipped with a magnetic workflow handle that is easy to grasp and stays out of the way. The door is insulated and features a cabinet mounted door gasket to prevent heat from escaping. The exterior of the cabinet is made from 20 gauge stainless steel, providing durability and a polished look that is easy to clean. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is also insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation to keep the interior warm without using excessive power. It is equipped with 3.5-inch heavy-duty polyurethane casters for easy mobility.
