Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost heater for convenience. The condenser and evaporator coils are large capacity and corrosion-resistant. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when re-opening the doors. An airflow guard ensures optimal circulation of cold air, and R290 models include a full-length air duct system. The self-maintaining, energy-efficient condensate drain pan requires no external drains or electric heaters. For R404A models, PSC evaporator fan motors are used, while R290 models use electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors. High-performance condenser fan motors ensure efficient compressor ventilation, and R290 models use auto-reverse condenser fan motors that also support condenser coil cleaning. The bottom-mounted, self-contained, and retractable condensing unit uses environmentally friendly refrigerants, such as R404A with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and EPA compliant R290 with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and three Global Warming Potential (GWP). The R290 condensing units are replaceable and require no on-site brazing. Alternative refrigerant options are available upon request. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with galvanized steel on the top, bottom, and rear. It features 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation for excellent temperature retention. The cabinet interior is deeper, providing more storage options. Four 5" swivel casters with locks on the front set and two front leg stabilizers ensure easy mobility and stability. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Lighting The unit is equipped with energy-efficient silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lighting. This lighting provides bright, high color illumination with low heat output. Doors The doors feature high-strength, recessed door handles and are made of heavy-duty stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. They also have 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation for excellent temperature retention. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build-up, and pre-installed door locks keep your items safe from theft. The doors are self-closing with an adjustable torsion
