Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-20P plug. It features a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost heater. The condenser and evaporator coils are large capacity and corrosion-resistant. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when re-opening doors. An airflow guard ensures optimal circulation of cold air, and R290 models include a full-length air duct system. The self-maintaining, energy-efficient condensate drain pan requires no external drains or electric heaters. PSC evaporator fan motors are used for R404A models, while electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors are used for R290 models. High-performance condenser fan motors ensure efficient compressor ventilation, and R290 models use autoreverse condenser fan motors that also support condenser coil cleaning. The top-mounted, self-contained, and fully detachable condensing unit uses environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and EPA compliant R290 refrigerant with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and three Global Warming Potential (GWP). R290 condensing units are replaceable and require no on-site brazing. Alternative refrigerant options are available upon request. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with galvanized steel on the top, bottom, and rear. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, for easy mobility. The cabinet features 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. The interior has an open spaced design with no walls between compartments. The heavy-duty stainless steel interior and exterior have rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Lighting The unit is equipped with energy-efficient silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lighting. This lighting provides bright, high color illumination with low heat output. Doors The doors are field reversible for convenience. They have high-strength, recessed door handles and are made of heavy-duty stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. The doors feature 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation and frame heaters to prevent exterior moisture build-up. Pre-installed door locks keep your items safe from theft.
