The Curved Drop-In Ice-Cooled Cold Food Well is a stainless steel construction with a curved design. It can hold two 12" x 20" pans and comes with a stainless steel holding clip and push-in perimeter gasket. The unit also features a removable perforated false bottom and is insulated with 1" drain. It is NSF certified and environmentally friendly. Options and accessories include adaptor bars, custom pan template, and Flexishield® food shields. The top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel, while the interior liner is 22-gauge stainless steel. The unit is supplied with a 1" plastic drain to be installed by the customer. The exterior housing is made of 24-gauge galvanized steel and the unit is insulated with high density closed cell polyurethane foam.
