The Curved Drop-In Ice-Cooled Cold Food Well is made of stainless steel and has a capacity for (3) 12" x 20" pans. It features a stainless steel holding clip, push-in perimeter gasket, removable perforated false bottom, and a 1" drain. The unit is insulated with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam and is NSF certified. It comes with a one year parts and 90 day labor warranty. Optional accessories include adaptor bars, custom pan template, and Flexishield® food shields. The top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel, while the interior liner is 22-gauge stainless steel. The exterior housing is made of 24-gauge galvanized steel. The unit is designed to accommodate 12" x 20" pans and comes with a plastic drain to be installed by the customer.
