The Drop-In Ice-Cooled Cold Food Well is a stainless steel unit that measures 81-3/4" W x 26" D. It can accommodate (6) 12" x 20" pans and features a removable perforated false bottom. The unit is insulated and has a 1" drain. The exterior is made of galvanized steel and the interior is made of stainless steel. It is NSF-2 certified and comes with a one year parts and 90 day labor warranty. Custom sizes and styles are available, as well as single or double service flip-up sneeze guards. The top is made of 20-gauge stainless steel and the interior liner is made of 22-gauge stainless steel. The unit is supplied with adapter bars for 12" x 20" pans and has a plastic drain that needs to be installed by the customer. The exterior housing is made of 24-gauge galvanized steel and the unit is insulated with high density polyurethane foam.
