Electric countertop convection steamer with a steam generator. It has one compartment with a capacity for four 12" x 20" pans. The steamer features automatic fill and manual drain operation, as well as electromechanical controls and a three-way power switch (ON/OFF/Delime). It also includes a 60-minute timer, removable pan supports, a water filter system, and a "Y" strainer. The steamer is made with a 316 stainless steel liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior. It has 4" adjustable legs and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
