Electric countertop convection steamer with a steam generator. It has one compartment with a capacity for four 12" x 20" pans. The steamer features electromechanical controls, a three-way power switch (ON/OFF/Delime), and a 60-minute timer. It also includes removable pan supports, an automatic blow down valve, a split water connection, and a de-liming port. The steamer comes with a water filter system and has a 316 stainless steel liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior. It is equipped with 4" adjustable legs with leveling feet and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
