Electric countertop convection steamer with a steam generator. It has one compartment made of 316 stainless steel and can hold up to five 12" x 20" pans. The steamer features electromechanical timer controls and a three-way power switch for ON/OFF/Delime functions. It has split water connections and operates with automatic fill and drain. The steamer also has an automatic generator blow down valve and includes a water filter system. The removable stainless steel pan supports and 304 stainless steel exterior make it durable. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
