This is a convection steamer/kettle with a steam coil. It has two compartments, with one 6 gallon kettle in each compartment. Each compartment can hold up to three 12" x 20" pans. The steamer/kettle is mounted on a 44" cabinet base and has automatic blowdown. It also has a 60 minute timer for each compartment, removable pan supports and drip trough, a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink. It features automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, high limit pressure control and safety relief valve. It is compliant with CSD-1 code and includes a water treatment system. It has a split water line and a 316 stainless steel liner with 304 stainless steel construction for the steamer kettle combination. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
