This is a Convection Steamer/Kettle with a steam coil. It has two compartments, each with two 6-gallon kettles. Each compartment can hold three 12" x 20" pans. The cabinet base is 60" long and it has an automatic blowdown feature. There is a 60-minute timer for each compartment. The steamer/kettle has removable pan supports and a drip trough. It also has a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and an integral sink. The automatic water level control, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, high limit pressure control, and safety relief valve ensure safe operation. It is compliant with the CSD-1 code package and includes a water treatment system. The water line is split and it has a 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel construction. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
