The Convection Steamer/Kettle is equipped with a steam coil and has two compartments. One compartment has a 6-gallon kettle, while the other has a 10-gallon kettle. Each compartment can hold up to three 12" x 20" pans. The steamer/kettle is mounted on a 60" cabinet base and features automatic blowdown and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. It also has removable pan supports and a drip trough, as well as a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. The steamer/kettle has automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, high limit pressure control, and a safety relief valve. It complies with the CSD-1 code package and includes a water treatment system. The water line is split, and the steamer/kettle has a 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel construction. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
