This is a convection steamer/kettle with a steam coil. It has two compartments, one with a 6-gallon kettle and the other with a 10-gallon kettle. Each compartment can hold up to five 12" x 20" pans. The steamer/kettle is mounted on a 60" cabinet base and has automatic blowdown and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. It also has removable pan supports and a drip trough, a deck mount faucet valve, a swing nozzle, and an integral sink. The steamer/kettle has automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, a water gauge glass, an operating pressure control, a high limit pressure control, and a safety relief valve. It is compliant with the CSD-1 code and includes a water treatment system, a split water line, a 316 stainless steel liner, and a 304 stainless steel construction. It has 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
