This is a countertop convection steamer with a steam coil. It has two compartments, each with a capacity of 8 pans measuring 12" x 20". The steamer comes with a 36" cabinet base and features automatic blowdown. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer. The steamer also includes removable pan supports and a drip trough. It has a water treatment system and a split water line. The liner is made of 316 stainless steel, while the construction is 304 stainless steel. The steamer stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
