This is a countertop convection steamer with a steam coil. It has two compartments, each with a capacity of holding five 12" x 20" pans. The steamer comes with a 36" cabinet base and features automatic blowdown. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer. The steamer also includes removable pan supports and a drip trough. It has automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, and a water gauge glass. The operating pressure control, high limit pressure control, and safety relief valve ensure safe operation. The steamer has a water treatment system and a split water line. It is made of 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel construction. The steamer stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
