This is a countertop convection steamer with a steam coil. It has two compartments, each with a capacity of holding five 12" x 20" pans. The steamer comes with a 24" cabinet base and features automatic blowdown. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer. The steamer also includes removable pan supports and a drip trough. It has automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, and a water gauge glass. The steamer has an operating pressure control, high limit pressure control, and a safety relief valve. It also comes with a water treatment system and a split water line. The liner is made of 316 stainless steel, while the construction is made of 304 stainless steel. The steamer has 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
