The Oyster Bar Kettle/Cabinet Assembly is an electric unit with a 40" W cabinet base. It features three manual tilt kettles, each with a 2 litre capacity, a spillage sink, and a drain screen. The kettles are directly connected to the steam source and have a steam control valve located in the right leg. The unit also includes CSD-1 boiler controls, a nickel plated boiler, a split water line, an automatic boiler blowdown system, a safety relief valve, a water treatment system, an automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, a 316 stainless steel liner, and a lift-off cover. The assembly is made of stainless steel and has 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is NSF and cCSAus certified.
