The Oyster Bar Kettle/Cabinet Assembly is an electric unit with a 27" wide cabinet base. It features two 2 litre capacity manual tilt kettles, each with a spillage sink and drain screen. The kettles are directly steam connected and have a steam control valve located in the right leg of the unit. The assembly also includes CSD-1 boiler controls for safety and regulation. The boiler itself is nickel plated and has a split water line for efficient operation. It also has an automatic boiler blowdown feature and a safety relief valve. To ensure water quality, the assembly includes a water treatment system. It also has an automatic water level control and a pressure gauge for monitoring. The interior of the kettle is lined with 316 stainless steel and has a lift-off cover for easy access. The entire assembly is constructed with stainless steel for durability and hygiene. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. The unit is NSF and cCSAus certified, meeting industry standards for safety and sanitation.
