The assembly includes an electric kettle and cabinet. It consists of one 10-gallon and one 6-gallon tilting kettle with a 2/3 jacket. It also includes a water treatment system, safety relief valve, split water lines, automatic blow down, and CSD-1 boiler controls. There are two 3"D sinks with drain and splash guard, along with a hot and cold water faucet. The cabinet base is 42"W and has a 316 stainless steel liner. The Direct Steam Kettle construction is made of 304 stainless steel. The assembly stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
