This electric Convection Steamer/Kettle features two compartments, each with two 6-gallon kettles. Each compartment has a capacity of three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The steamer/kettle is mounted on a 60" cabinet base and includes automatic blowdown and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. It also has a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. The unit is compliant with CSD-1 code and comes with a water filter system. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. The steamer/kettle stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
