This electric Convection Steamer/Kettle features two compartments, each with two 6-gallon kettles. Each compartment can hold up to five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The steamer/kettle is mounted on a 60" cabinet base and includes automatic blowdown and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. It also has a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. The unit is compliant with CSD-1 code and comes with a water filter system. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. It has 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
