This electric convection steamer/kettle has two compartments, with each compartment having a 6-gallon kettle and the capacity to hold five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It comes with a 44" cabinet base, automatic blowdown, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. The deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink are included. It also meets the CSD-1 code requirements and includes a water filter system. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. It has 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
