This electric convection steamer/kettle has two compartments and one 10-gallon kettle. Each compartment can hold three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It comes with a 48" cabinet base, automatic blowdown, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. The deck mount faucet valve has a swing nozzle and an integral sink. It is compliant with the CSD-1 code package and includes a water filter system. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. It has 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
