This electric Convection Steamer/Kettle has two compartments. One compartment has a 6 gallon kettle, while the other has a 10 gallon kettle. Each compartment can hold up to three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The steamer/kettle is mounted on a 60" cabinet base and has an automatic blowdown feature. Each compartment has a 60 minute timer. The steamer/kettle also includes a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. It is compliant with the CSD-1 code package and comes with a water filter system. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. The steamer/kettle stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
