The assembly includes a direct steam kettle with a capacity of 6 gallons. It has a reversible tilt handle and is mounted on a 24" cabinet base. The kettle has a 316 stainless steel liner. The assembly also includes a deck mount hot & cold fill faucet and a 3" deep stainless steel sink with a splash guard. The entire assembly is made of stainless steel and has 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is NSF certified.
