The assembly consists of a direct steam kettle and a 24" cabinet base. It includes two 10-gallon tilting kettles with a 2/3 jacket and a 316 stainless steel liner. The assembly also features a steam control valve, a hot and cold water fill faucet, and a 3" deep stainless steel sink with a splash guard. It is constructed with stainless steel and has 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. The assembly is NSF certified.
