The assembly consists of a direct steam kettle and a 24" cabinet base. The kettle is a 10 gallon tilting kettle with a reversible tilt handle. The cabinet base has a 316 stainless steel liner. The assembly also includes a deck mount hot & cold fill faucet and a 3" deep stainless steel sink with a splash guard. The entire assembly is made of stainless steel and has 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is NSF certified.
