This is a direct steam Convection Steamer Kettle Combination with two compartments. Each compartment has a capacity of one 6-gallon kettle and can hold three 12" x 20" x 1" pans. The unit is mounted on a 44" cabinet base and features automatic blowdown and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. It also includes a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. The unit stands on four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. It operates on 120v/50/60/1-ph with 4.0 amps. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
