This is a convection steamer/kettle with direct steam. It has two compartments, each with two 6-gallon kettles. Each compartment can hold up to five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The unit comes with a 60" cabinet base that has three solid hinged doors. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer. The unit also includes a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the steamer kettle combination construction is made of 304 stainless steel. The unit stands on four 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It operates on 120v/50/60/1-ph and consumes 4.0 amps. It is CSAus and NSF certified.
