This is a convection steamer/kettle with direct steam. It has two compartments, one with a 6-gallon kettle and the other with a 10-gallon kettle. Each compartment can hold three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The unit is mounted on a 60" cabinet base with three solid hinged doors. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer. It also has a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the steamer kettle combination construction is made of 304 stainless steel. It has four 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. The unit operates on 120v/50/60/1-ph and consumes 4.0 amps. It is CSAus and NSF certified.
