This is a direct steam Convection Steamer Kettle Combination with two compartments. Each compartment has a 10-gallon kettle and can hold three 12" x 20" x 1" pans. The steamer is mounted on a 48" cabinet base and has an automatic blowdown feature. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer. The steamer also includes a deck mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel and the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. It has four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. The steamer operates on 120v/50/60/1-ph and consumes 4.0 amps. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
