This is a commercial floor model convection steamer with direct steam. It has two compartments and can hold a total of six 12" x 20" x 1" pans. The steamer has a 36" cabinet base and thermostatic controls. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer and a pressure regulator. The steamer also features removable pan supports and a drip trough. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel and the construction is made of 304 stainless steel. It has four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. The steamer operates on 120v/60/1-ph and requires 4.0 amps. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
