This is a convection steamer with a direct steam kettle. It has two compartments and can hold up to ten 12" x 20" x 1" pans. The steamer comes with a 24" cabinet base and has thermostatic controls and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. It also has a pressure regulator and removable pan supports and drip trough. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel and the construction is 304 stainless steel. The steamer has four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph and requires 4.0 amps. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
