The convection steamer is a direct steam model with two compartments. Each compartment has a capacity of eight pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The steamer comes with a 36" cabinet base and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. It also features removable pan supports and a drip trough. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the construction is of 304 stainless steel. The steamer stands on four 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
