The Energy Mizer® Pot & Pan Dishwasher is a commercial utensil washer with a door type design. It has dimensions of 25-3/4"W x 25-3/4"D x 67"H and features a corner design. This dishwasher uses low temperature chemical sanitizing and can wash up to 40 racks per hour. It has a dish clearance of 27" and comes with top mounted controls that include built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system. The dishwasher also has an auto start/stop function and upper and lower wash arms with a pull-pin design. It is made of stainless steel construction and has a 1 HP wash pump. The dishwasher is NSF and cULus certified. Some of the standard features of this dishwasher include an auto start/stop function, a stainless steel impeller for extended life, a built-in strainer in the water inlet, an integrated scrap tray to prevent food soil from entering the drain system, and a large 27" high door opening to accommodate larger items and utensils. The dishwasher also has a pump purging system to improve results by eliminating soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle.
