The Energy Mizer® Pot & Pan Dishwasher is a commercial utensil washer with a door type design. It measures 25-3/4"W x 25-3/4"D x 67"H and has a straight-thru design. It uses low temperature chemical sanitizing and can wash up to 40 racks per hour. The dishwasher has a 27" dish clearance and top mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system. It also has an auto start/stop feature and upper and lower wash arms with a pull-pin design. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction and has a 1 HP wash pump. It is NSF and cULus certified. Some of the standard features of the dishwasher include an auto start/stop function for safe and easy operation, a stainless steel impeller for extended life and service, a built-in strainer in the water inlet to prevent clogging, and an integrated scrap tray to prevent food soil from entering the drain system. The dishwasher also has a large 27" high door opening to accommodate larger items and utensils. There are several available options for the dishwasher, including a sanitizer alarm, a slant shelf, a sheet pan dish rack, alternative cycle times, stainless steel dishtables, a solid/powder dual bowl dispenser, a stainless steel scrap trap upgrade, and alternative electrical options for export. The dishwasher can also be equipped with CMA Temp-Sure, a self-contained 12kW heater.
