The Energy Mizer® Pot & Pan Dishwasher is a commercial utensil washer with a door type design. It measures 44"W x 25-1/2"D x 67"H and has a double rack capacity. The dishwasher uses low temperature chemical sanitizing and can wash up to 80 racks per hour. It has a 27" dish clearance and top mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system. The dishwasher also features an auto start/stop function, upper and lower wash arms with a pull-pin design, a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator, an integrated scrap tray, and a built-in strainer in the water inlet. It is made of stainless steel construction and has a 1 HP wash pump. The dishwasher is NSF and cULus certified. Some of the standard features of the dishwasher include its high capacity, auto start/stop function, stainless steel impeller, built-in strainer, integrated scrap tray, large door opening, and all stainless steel construction. It also has a pump purging system to improve results and top mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system. There are also several available options for the dishwasher, including a sanitizer alarm, a slant shelf, a sheet pan dish rack, alternative cycle times, stainless steel dishtables, a solid/powder dual bowl dispenser, a stainless steel scrap trap upgrade, alternative electrical options for export, and the CMA Temp-Sure option with a self-contained 12kW heater.
