The Steamcraft® Ultra 10 Convection Steamer is a pressureless gas steamer with 2 compartments. Each compartment has a capacity of (5) 12 x 20 x 2 1/2 pans. It features manual controls, a 60-minute mechanical timer, and a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming. The steamer has a left-hand hinged door and controls on the right. It also has a steam shut-off switch and a standard treated and tap water connection. The steamer is made of stainless steel construction and has 6" adjustable legs with flanged feet. It has a 125,000 BTU gas input.
The steamer has several standard features including left-hand door hinging, a condensate drip trough, an easy access cleaning port, and a cooking capacity for up to ten 12 x 20 x 2 1/2 deep cafeteria pans. It also has NSF certified stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet, durable 14 gauge stainless steel construction, and an automatic generator drain. The steamer has an instant steam stand by mode, two 60-minute electro-mechanical timers and switches for manual operation, and an exclusive automatic probe for water level control. It also has a main power on/off switch and a cool to the touch two-piece compartment door design. The steamer features an innovative PowerPak gas steam generator and an exclusive steam cooking distribution system.
The steamer has several options and accessories available including 8" stainless steel legs, a propane gas option, cafeteria pans in different depths, a compartment door steam shut off switch, right-hand door hinging with controls on the right, an electronic timer with compensating load feature, an on/off steam switch only for compartment controls, and a dissolve liquid descaling kit.
