The control and information center of the washer is operated via push pads and is conveniently mounted at the top of the unit for easy access. Moisture resistant gauges allow for easy monitoring of the wash temperature, wash pressure, and rinse temperature. To ensure that heavily soiled pots and pans are properly cleaned, an external spray hose with an insulated handle is included for pre-rinsing. This helps to remove large amounts of grime, especially in hard to reach areas. Additionally, a perforated stainless steel basket filter is included to prevent debris from clogging the plumbing of the washer. This filter is easy to remove for emptying.
The PP-20 Pot & Pan Washer features separate wash and rinse tanks that are thermostatically controlled. Both tanks are made from durable stainless steel and are heated to maintain the proper temperature. A booster heater provides a 70-degree rise to ensure that the water in the rinse tank is always between 180°F and 190°F for superior sanitation. The washer is equipped with a 5 HP ODP motor and a flow rate of 100 gallons per minute, providing powerful pressure washing. Water-driven stainless steel spray arms efficiently clean pots and pans, and these spray arms are easy to service without the need for tools.
Included with the washer are a rack with a hold down lid and an insert for bun and sheet pans, all made from low-maintenance stainless steel.
