The washer is user-friendly with its top-mounted control and information center. The controls use easy-to-use push pads, and the wash temperature, wash pressure, and rinse temperature can be easily monitored with moisture-resistant gauges. The doors are actuated simultaneously with a counter-balanced mechanism featuring self-lubricating guides.
For heavily soiled items, this washer includes an external spray hose. The insulated handle makes it easy to target trouble spots and remove major buildups before running the wash cycle. Perforated stainless steel filter baskets are also included to catch debris and prevent plumbing clogs. These baskets can be easily removed for cleaning.
The wash and rinse tanks are both thermostatically controlled and made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A booster with 70 degrees of rise ensures that pots and pans receive a final rinse at a high temperature for sanitation. The water is moved at a rate of 250 gallons per minute by a 15 HP pump motor, providing ample pressure for proper cleaning. Stainless steel spray arms, powered by the water pressure, cover all surfaces and can be removed without tools for easy cleaning and maintenance.
