The control and information center at the top of the unit provides easy-to-monitor moisture-resistant gauges and simple push pads. These gauges monitor wash temperature, rinse temperature, and wash pressure. For heavily soiled items, the washer comes with an external spray hose with an insulated handle, making it easy to target trouble spots and remove major buildups before running the wash cycle. Debris is caught by perforated stainless steel baskets that filter out waste and prevent plumbing clogs. These baskets can be easily removed for emptying.
The unit features separate wash and rinse tanks that are thermostatically controlled and made from durable stainless steel. Both tanks are heated to maintain a proper temperature. A booster heater provides a 70-degree rise to ensure that water in the rinse tank is always between 180°F and 190°F for superior sanitation. Water is moved at a rate of 250 gallons per minute by a 15 HP ODP motor, providing plenty of pressure to properly clean the pots and pans. Stainless steel spray arms, powered by water pressure, repeatedly cover all surfaces. These spray arms can be removed without tools for easy cleaning and maintenance.
