The single-inlet fan with a 0.5 hp motor operates at low and high speeds, ensuring uniform heating and quick baking. The digital timer allows for accurate cooking with minimal supervision, and the oven can also initiate a cool-down mode for quick turnaround or closing time preparation.
 
 The stainless steel doors of this commercial oven feature large dual-pane thermal glass windows, providing a clear view of the illuminated double-sided porcelain cavity even when closed, while keeping the heat inside. The doors are equipped with triple-mounted pressure locks and turnbuckle assemblies to eliminate any gaps between the chamber and the front.
