The Blodgett DFG-100 ADDL gas convection oven is a reliable and efficient option for busy kitchens. With a single baking compartment and 55,000 BTU cooking power, it can quickly deliver delicious baked and roasted dishes. This oven is available in natural gas and liquid propane configurations and comes with five removable chrome-plated racks that fit full-size baking pans. The racks can be adjusted to accommodate different sizes of products using the 11 rack guides. The oven is built with a stainless steel top, sides, and a full angle iron frame, ensuring durability and a long service life.
 
 This commercial oven combines direct and indirect heat to cook dishes thoroughly with a juicy interior and crispy exterior. The two-speed fan with a dual inlet blower wheel circulates hot air evenly throughout the cavity, regardless of the rack placement. The fan is powered by a 0.5 horsepower motor with automatic thermal overload protection.
 
 Switching between cook mode and cool down mode is easy with the switch on the modular front control panel. The panel also features a solid-state digital thermostat with an LED display, allowing precise temperature control from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The wide temperature range accommodates various menu items. The oven offers additional features such as Cook and Hold for slow-roasting meats and Pulse Plus for delicate baked products. A cooling fan helps bring down the temperature quickly when needed.
 
 The aluminized steel combustion chamber is designed to withstand high heat, while the solid mineral fiber insulation keeps the heat inside for consistent temperatures. The cavity has a double-sided porcelainized liner and bright lighting for visibility through the dual-pane thermal glass windows. The left and right doors, made of thick stainless steel, can be opened or closed simultaneously using the powder-coated handle for ergonomic pan sliding.
 
 The electric spark ignition reduces gas consumption, and the removable dual-tube burners ensure even heat distribution. The air mixers with adjustable air shutters allow you to customize the flame quality for your recipes.
 
 For safety and maintenance purposes, there is a front valve to turn off the gas in emergencies or during servicing. The oven can accommodate a draft diverter or draft hood for ventilation. It meets CSA, CE, and NSF standards and comes with a two-year warranty on parts and labor, as well as a five-year limited warranty on the oven door.
