With up to 11 rack positions, you can easily fit items of various sizes. The oven is constructed with rust-resistant stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, ensuring durability, and stability is guaranteed with a full angle-iron frame. Additionally, this oven meets ENERGY STAR standards, delivering strong performance while reducing energy consumption.
 
 Cooking with this commercial oven is a breeze thanks to its direct-fired gas system, which exposes the food to high heat, resulting in juicy and crispy steaks and meats. The two-speed fan with 0.75 horsepower ensures even heat distribution throughout the cavity, maximizing capacity and providing balanced bake quality on every rack position. This blower also enhances safety by reducing the risk of thermal overloading.
 
 The temperature range of this oven is 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the solid-state infinite control thermostat offers precise and flexible cooking conditions for your recipes. A digital 60-minute timer ensures accurate baking, and a cooling fan quickly brings down the temperature for efficient cooking sessions.
 
 The high-heat ready aluminized steel combustion chamber, along with 2" of insulation consisting of 1" solid block and 1" mineral fiber insulation, maintains desired temperatures inside the oven.
